At least 7 years of directly related experience. Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment. Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates. Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills. As a Project Engineering Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Replacement & Repair Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include: May coordinate day-to-day operations of engineers and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments. Coordinates communication with other Framatome organizations and customers to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work. Facilitates development of plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives. Technical integration of engineering deliverables, such as specifications, technical position papers, and design reports as necessary. Knowledge of nuclear, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a drive for problem solving in a dynamic environment. Preparing detailed budgets and schedules in support of business development proposals and tracking contracted work scopes Enjoy working with a team of diverse personalities and able to ensure a reasonable work-life balance This position requires occasional travel. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
