 The Contractor shall be proficient using Visual Studio programming environment developing web applications using ASP.Net (VB, C#, MVC).Provide hardware and software engineering support for embedded software, software interfaces, cryptographic systems, and interoperability across sensors, weapons, host platforms, communications, and command and control systemsConduct software analysis, including interfacing and performance analysis for both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) productsPerform software architecture reviews to assess design effectiveness and alignment with system requirementsEvaluate and support software development processes to ensure efficient and effective software lifecycle managementAssess configuration management (CM) processes and tools to ensure proper version control and traceabilityEvaluate and support software test systems and capabilities to verify and validate software functionality and performancePossess knowledge and experience in the full lifecycle of software engineering, including design, development, testing, evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and administrationSupport system acquisition processes by applying knowledge of hardware and software integration at both system and subsystem levelsPerform systems requirements analysis and allocation to ensure traceability between system needs and software designUnderstand and apply principles of computer systems architecture in support of system integration and software engineering tasksAssist in the testing and evaluation of systems and subsystems to validate functional and performance requirementsReview, develop, and update software engineering-related program documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport the development of software engineering strategies, including the software development strategy and Software Development Plan (SDP)Apply understanding of aeronautical vehicle systems and/or airborne or ground-based systems to software engineering effortsSupport avionics Operational Flight Program (OFP) capabilities as they relate to software engineering tasks within core engineering activities
 Qualifications: Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills: 
  
 MA Degree and over 10 years of related experience, OR, BA Degree and over 15 years of related experience.Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
