What You'll Do

  • -Support Steelcase aligned dealer sales and dealer design to grow ancillary relevance.

  • -Partner with account sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans that grow ancillary product share within key accounts

  • -Serve as a subject matter expert across Steelcase's ancillary portfolio, including Coalesse, Viccarbe, Orangebox, West Elm Work, and partner brands

  • -Lead client-facing engagements to position solutions, respond to bids/RFPs, and deliver tailored recommendations

  • -Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in strategic accounts

  • -Collaborate on account planning and forecasting to identify growth opportunities and align with broader sales goals

  • -Represent Steelcase's ancillary brands at client meetings and strategic touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications

  • -5+ years of demonstrated sales success in contract furniture or a closely related field

  • -Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CET Designer is a plus

  • -Ability to travel approximately 30% for client engagements and strategic initiatives

  • -Based in Santa Clara or San Francisco, with flexibility to travel between San Francisco and South Bay at least twice a week
