We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Service Desk Analyst. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support to end users. The scope of support ranges from simple password resets to intermediate-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Respond to and resolve inbound support requests across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) * Provide technical assistance to end users, primarily located in the United States * Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of issues, escalating when necessary * Support remote users, including those working from home * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions using help desk ticketing systems *Required Experience:* * 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or call center environment * Familiarity with help desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti * Experience supporting remote users and working collaboratively in a virtual team setting *Technical Skills:* * Proficiency in troubleshooting common Windows operating system issues * Working knowledge of Active Directory and domain hierarchy * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) * Ability to troubleshoot VPN client connectivity issues * Capacity to learn and support custom applications * Skilled in researching solutions using knowledge bases and historical tickets Required to be onsite in Catonsville, MD twice a week *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
