This is a remote role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.

Job Description

As the Spectra Client Manager, you'llserve as the subject matter expert to assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and insightful training sessions that demonstrate how Spectra can solve real-world client business challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to and maintain a library of best practices, use cases, and training materials to support scalable learning.
  • Lead Spectra Subject Matter Expert (SME) internal certification training, helping upskill NielsenIQ associates and elevate organizational expertise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent and high-quality client experiences.
  • Stay current on Spectra product updates and industry trends to continuously enhance training and consultation efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, naturally curious and lifelong learner. Experience with syndicated data is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem solving and proven project management skills.
  • Experience in client service environment and ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations.
  • Skillfully communicate and work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
  • Strong sense of autonomy, urgency, and accountability to delight clients.
  • Retail or Manufacturing background experience (Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to train software in person or through video meetings.
  • Positive attitude and works well with and contributes to a team.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $76,500 - $87,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
