The Senior Product Analyst position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can manage the technical aspects of insurance product development and lead initiatives that contribute to the broader enterprise strategy through informed insights and recommendations.
The role focuses on developing new or enhanced products that improve Homeowners insurance products using contract language, underwriting rules/guidelines, system/platform, automation and use of pricing/predictive analytics. Responsibilities include identifying potential insurance markets, creating strategic plans for market entry, managing the insurance product development lifecycle, and improving products to increase profitability, drive growth and improve customer experience. The role requires a high level of analytical skill, generating insights and creating cost benefit analysis using performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. After implementation, the Senior Product Analyst monitors performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization. The Senior Product Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Product. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034.
