Programmer/Analyst

Job Purpose

This position analyzes, evaluates and designs new application functionality as well as modifies existing applications and programs. This position will analyze/support day to day issues and/or activities reported by the business, as well as, design potential solutions for these issues and then develop the recommended solution.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support to the Application(s) system and interfaces of that application.

Develop test plans to evaluate new designs as well as test plans to prove out bug fixes.

If needed, Develop Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers using Java or Object-oriented programming, SQL and PL/SQL.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in related field

Min 2 year of related experience

Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization

Analysis, design and implementation of business solutions using the current Manufacturing Execution Systems' capacities.

Application support and development using PL/SQL, SQL *Plus developer
