The Opportunity

We're eager to welcome you to our Experience Success engineering team! Together, we will craft the future of our Adobe LLM Optimizer and AEM Sites Optimizer customers!
In collaboration with a larger distributed team of product and engineering experts, we build AI-first capabilities, striving to deliver outstanding brand presence, agentic traffic acquisition, and high user engagement.
As a member of our team, you'll lead and develop customer-facing content and GEO strategies that transform manual operations into efficient AI-first software.
What you'll Do

  • Develop and implement content strategies for our website optimization product, focusing on conversion-driven copy, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Learn which content strategies work best for GEO, and understand the efficiency and impact of recommendations against well-established critical metrics.
  • Lead customer discussions, presenting clear suggestions that align with business goals, while staying up-to-date with industry-wide trends and innovations.
  • Turn your findings into solid hypotheses that will be meaningful at wider customer scale. Automate your hypotheses as AI agents with goal to improve brand visibility and intent matching for users.
  • At any time, challenge your and our beliefs. Be ready to prototype, iterate fast upon feedback and data, throw away and restart as much as needed.

What you need to succeed

  • BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or proven achievements in creating content strategies and SEO.
  • Experience with website conversion optimization (CRO) tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools for web applications.
  • Awareness of the latest trends in content creation with generative AI and related SEO, ethical, and safety implications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach, growing in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and fluency in interacting with generative AI.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their optimization challenges.
  • Background in working with enterprise clients on website optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript or Python, and the ability to prototype solutions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $98,000 -- $185,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
