Location: St. Paris, OH

Pay: $27 - $34 per hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule: Train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to downtime calls to minimize production disruptions
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Track, document, and report daily equipment activity
• Support continuous improvement projects and efficiency initiatives
• Provide hands-on support to keep the production floor running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial equipment maintenance experience (stamping experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset
