Quality Assurance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to help maintain the highest quality standards in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.

Multiple shifts are available to fit your schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | $23.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $24.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM | $25.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Perform HACCP monitoring, product line checks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct micro, raw material, and environmental testing, including ATP hygiene swabs.
• Review batch records, logbooks, and documentation for compliance.
• Collect and analyze quality data, reporting trends and statistics.
• Conduct GMP and hygiene audits, investigate complaints, and document non-conformances.
• Maintain a clean lab environment and support food safety, traceability, and recall procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Microbiology within a GMP environment.
• Experience with HACCP or SQF programs is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with a variety of ingredients, including spices and soy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
