Here's what you'd do:

• The Manufacturing Technician A (Laser Assembly Technician) will focus on Laser Transmitter manufacturing and work in a cleanroom environment, performing the business's day-to-day operational needs.
• This position installs, aligns, and operates laser transmitters and components.
• He/She assists in the build techniques to ensure the successful product output from the cleanroom and laser operations area.
• Develops techniques and procedures for building lasers
• Assembles and tests optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
• Completes optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with high attention to detail.
• Builds wiring harness, sells, and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electrooptical subassemblies.
• Identifies problems and issues, resolves most issues, and makes recommendations for improvements in yield.
• Responsible for ensuring that specified quality standards are met for all tasks completed.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
• Perform job duties in a manner that maintains compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Follows established processes to complete tasks
• All other assignments as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
