- Inspection technician(s) support Modification, Fabrication, Final Assembly and Flight activities by completing inspections in accordance with work instructions, maintenance manuals and engineering drawings/specifications on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, oil, tail and main rotor systems and engine assemblies.
- Possess proficient blueprint reading skill
- Visually and physically inspects materials, components, subassemblies, assemblies, tools, repairs and final product configuration using maintenance manuals, blueprints, STC's, engineering drawings, and orders, and other applicable sources to observe, measure, record conformity to customer, regulatory, and company specifications.
- Initiate nonconformance's and Requests for Inspection Purge (RIPs) as needed.
- Inspects rework and repaired nonconformance's
- Monitors and verifies quality processes in support of statistical process or other control procedures.
- Provides other inspection and quality services to ensure company products and processes meet customer, company, and other specifications.
- Verifies production and engineering test processes for compliance with process methods and procedures.
- Solves inspection problems; methods-procedures, plans, and details.
- Audits products and processes to verify system.
- Maintains necessary inspection logs and writes inspection reports.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience using measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and various types of precision measuring equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in all pertinent manufacturing, repair and engineering test processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 3 years of aviation production/maintenance titled inspector experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- A & P License
- The ability to understand, interpret and follow work instructions and the ability to concentrate is needed.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong team building and teaming skills
- Access to Export Control Information needed
- Regular attendance at the worksite needed
