Work Plans: This position could be filled in either Canonsburg PA or Houston TX. This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. Role Supply Chain works with our internal business partners to identify negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers. Over the years organizations outside of Supply Chain have also negotiated supplier contracts. This role will support the Supply Chain organization in uploading contracts and contract data to our repository system. Responsibilities - Upload supplier contracts and associated metadata into the contract repository system - Maintain and update contract records to reflect amendments renewals and terminations - Ensure contract data aligns with internal standards and naming conventions - Support reporting related to contract data upload - Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline contract data management - Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to contract administration Expectations - Attention to detail with contract documentation. - Effective communication with a wide range of Crown Castle employees from across the company in addition to teammates and managers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present complex information in a clear and simple format. Education and Experience - Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or a related field would be helpful but not needed - 1-3 years of experience in contract administration procurement operations or data management - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel - Experience with contract management systems or enterprise resource planning ERP tools is a plus Reportsto: Manager Supply Chain Process Management *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
