Qualifications:
Senior associate (7+ years) with sponsor-side experience across a wide range of financing and securities transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transactional documents; managing due diligence; and leading execution of transactions. Experience with leveraged sponsor buyouts, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured offerings, and liability management transactions preferred. Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a toptier large New York firm preferred. We require a full list of transactional matters/deal sheet to be considered.
Salary Range: $420,000 - $435,000
