Position Title: Production Manager

Production Manager Responsibilities: - Ensure safe operation of work centers and quality mandates are followed - Schedule work center based on order deadlines, capacity and production targets - Communicate between multiple departments to ensure smooth transition of work - Assist in development work orders, bill of materials and production work processes - Conduct peer review and performance evaluations - Check finished goods paperwork and work orders to ensure products have been labeled correctly - Assist with training production line leads - Notify management of breakdowns or maintenance needs Requirements for Production Manager: - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred - Proficient with computers - At least two years of experience managing up to five employees - At least one year of experience multiple production lines - Good communication skills; bilingual is a plus - Good math skills - Able to lift up to 50lbs QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
