Senior Requirement Engineer

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Senior Requirement Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Analyze computer software required to support hardware or technical service products of a major DoD System.
• Review system architecture and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance.
• Develop and Manage Weapons System Requirement.
• Conduct Requirement Analysis and Trade Studies.
• Manage Requirement Traceability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree Required with 20+ years of experience.
• DOORS experience.
• Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
• Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GMD and C2BMC.
• Experience working in CAMEO.
• STEM degree.
