Job Title: Accountant Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 Duration: 05+ Months Pay rate: $20.76/Hr. on W2 without benefits. Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day -Hours per week: 35 hours 8:30am-4:00pm Job Description: Conducts P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Tax, and Reconciliation analysis. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions. Reviews internal reports, checking coding and making adjustments before printing and assembling the final product for mailing. Independently performs a variety of accounting functions. Inputs standard journal entries. Performs audit functions. Produces billing and inventory reports. Performs and other related or assigned duties. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Comprehensive knowledge of standard accounting procedures. Strong written and communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of stock, bonds, and capital gains. BA/BS, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Mandatory Skills: Accounting Skill, Accounting Degree. JD: Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Book Records.
