Supervisor - Slots

The Role:Responsible for the successful operation of the shift and assuring that guest has a favorable gaming experience. Ensures slot attendants and other assigned personnel are meeting the needs of guests while following policy, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Responsible for ensuring all slot machines are clean, and in operating condition, specifically bill acceptors, ticket printers and progressive meters. Any irregularities will be reported to the Slot Technical Manager
• Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two (2) to five (5) year's experience within the slot department or gaming areas of a casino; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High School (preferred)
