The Broadband Executive Assistant will provides high-quality administrative support to one or more Vice Presidents in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, and key documents. This role supports business functions through effective task management and by fostering strong, culturally aware communication across teams. Responsibilities require professionalism, prioritization, and a working knowledge of corporate policy and administrative processes.
This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities: * Support senior leader by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. * Manages calendars and scheduling across time zones, meetings, travel arrangements, and business trip logistics. * Prepares and formats documents for meetings and executive use. Sets up conference calls and virtual meetings. * Participates in meetings when required, takes minutes, and follows through on action items. * Organizes and maintains internal systems, files, and operational resources. * Processes expenses, monitors deadlines, and maintains realistic time estimates for executive activities. * Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive. * Manages email triage and inbox prioritization. Responds or escalates as appropriate based on context. * May communicate on behalf of executive, must be able to determine most appropriate method of communication by assessing situation and applying judgement. * Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Qualifications: * Associate's Degree preferred * 4 years of supporting executive leaders, strong understanding of VP-level support expectations, policies, and tools * Clear and professional written/verbal communication across all levels * Time management & prioritization, manages shifting priorities with realistic expectations * Cultural awareness & discretion, exercises judgment and tact in sensitive or cross-functional matters * Helps track timelines, organize deliverables, and facilitate task flow * Able to manage and prioritize executive inboxes and scheduling * Operational agility, takes ownership of administrative systems, meeting support, and resource management * Experience with OrgPlus preferred * Experience with Microsoft Office * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $27.33 - $49.29
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
