Our Team

As a Project Management Intern within Koch Technology, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and management. You will support various project activities under the guidance and direction of a Project or Program Manager. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented person looking to develop a career in project management, offering exposure to budgetary analysis, project status reporting, records management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in budget.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in project planning: Help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Organize project activities: Track and report project progress, assist with resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Coordinate project timelines and budgets: Track deadlines, prepare cost estimates, and assist in budget management to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support the delivery of project milestones.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project success.
  • Document and report: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Support project communication: Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or alternative program related to one of the following areas: Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting, Human Resources or other relevant field
  • Ability to hold others accountable, delegate and take ownership of results
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Eligible for full-time employment by August 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

  • Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
