Pay Range USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr. Overview The Manager of Administrative Operations manages day-to-day administrative support services for faculty, student administration; this includes program and project priorities for the Solinksy Challenge, accountability maintenance, and alignment of various human and financial resources to achieve the School of Engineering goals and operational efficiency. The Manager of Administrative Operations ensures that efficient and effective operating systems are implemented; data and documents are maintained, organized and accessible, that critical informational technology is in place and utilized. The Manager of Administrative Operations will implement new process and approaches to assist the Deans and Department Chairs achieve the School of Engineering's goals. The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and operational management, to ensure efficient use of CSoEAS and Solinsky Challenge resources. This position requires a driven, confident, energetic individual who has experience working independently and in a team-based interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities Supports the Deans, Department Chairs, and Faculty Manage Daily Administrative Operations and the CSoE Administrative Support Team * Provide effective leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.
