  • Provide ROI modeling for internal initiatives, new services, and market entry opportunities.
  • Synthesize external research and internal data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

  • Develop data-backed business cases for sector/service-line expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Provide project management support for select strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders to assess ROI and alignment with enterprise goals.

M&A Due Diligence & Execution

  • Proactively support identification and sourcing of potential M&A targets, focusing on core business and market expansion.
  • Lead diligence for identified targets: market fit, opportunity analysis, SWOT and ROI projections.
  • Develop data-driven rationale and documentation to inform leadership's buy/build/partner decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on M&A implementation and value capture, including supporting timely post-transaction integration.

Collaboration, Board Partnership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Prepare, synthesize, and present Board-facing materials-including market analyses, growth pipeline insights, M&A rationales, and scenario planning-to drive informed Board-level discussions and decision-making.
  • Anticipate Board questions and ensure data, recommendations, and market insights are Board-ready and aligned with investor and PE expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to leverage historical data, while focusing on future-facing analytics.
  • Serve as a thought partner to sector and service-line leaders, challenging assumptions and surfacing market opportunities.
