Your expertise in Customer Technical Support will be invaluable as you engage with clients and help them navigate their needs. • Provide technical support to customers at our Solutions bar, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and support processes.

This role is working onsite at our Mountain View office working at our Technical Solutions bar helping our customers with their technical issues. Meeting Support is also required in our conference rooms as well as project support, inventory management and other technical related duties.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Customer Technical Support.

• Advanced proficiency in Customer Experience Management.

• 1+ year of experience in relevant related skills.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Associates/Bachelors Degree

• Advanced Customer Satisfaction.

• Advanced Quality Assurance (QA).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
