Overview
The Pharmacy Manager (Hematology/Oncology and Infusion Services) is a member of the Pharmacy leadership team. Areas of responsibility include management of pharmacy operations and clinical services in: 1) Hematology/Oncology, 2) Ambulatory Infusion Centers, and 3) Investigational Drug Services. The manager will have budgetary responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, 1) maintaining compliance with 340B, 2) procurement and management of high-cost medications, and 3) practicing financial stewardship by using and interchanging biosimilar medications when necessary. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $60.16per hour - $103.48per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
