About the Role: The Data Specialist manages, secures and analyzes data pertaining to the Billing and Administration teams focusing on performing mass data imports. Working cross-functionally, the Data Specialist gathers data requirements and processes import requests for customer accounts, sales orders, contract subscriptions, and incidents along with ad hoc or requested needs. The Data Specialist position is very detail-oriented ensuring data accuracy, accessibility and integrity contributing to data-driven strategies and initiatives. The Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining routine data quality assurance reporting for the department while contributing to overall department success.
