Position Summary: As our Maintenance Technician Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day mechanical and electrical operations of Manufacturing Equipment. You will need to complete work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals. Ability to coordinate with other employees as part of a team and respond quickly to requests for assistance from production personnel. Troubleshoot, repair, or retrofit machines and use a computerized maintenance management program under the direction of the EHS and Facilities Manager. Also, you will need to adhere to established safety guidelines- policies- and procedures while promoting a safe work environment and following OSHA safety standards in an industrial working environment with the use of proper Lockout Tagout.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• General knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics
• Mechanical aptitude
• Efficient use of tools and some electrical/electronic test equipment
• Familiar with basic electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic safety codes.
• Attention to detail
• Extensive background with pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, motors and pumps in a high speed production environment

• Accountable for performing machine repairs and preventive maintenance according to schedule, troubleshooting and repairing or retrofitting machines, and completing work orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and specifications, supporting operational excellence by meeting customer delivery and quality commitments, and being responsive to customer needs. • Collaborate with personnel to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and ensure all calibrations are compliant. Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $28.60/hr - $32.60/hr (DOE), plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
