Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift Position Location: In person, Northern Virginia Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET). Expectations for this Role: The Director Ops II directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a large number (11 or more) of ambulatory practices, hospital based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities. Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices. Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security. Diverse management experience/knowledge required, preferably in areas such as ambulatory healthcare administration, managed-care, change management or other relevant experience. Consideration given to Administrative Residency experience and internal interim leadership. Required:
