A Brief Overview The New Hire Coordinator Lead is a key player in driving new hire customer success within the preboarding life cycle. The New Hire Coordinator Lead is the subject matter expert on best in class for preboarding regulatory requirements, process improvements and customer service and drives adaptation and implementation of new processes. The role works with cross functional teams and leaders, identifies gaps and develops strategies for better outcomes which improves the candidate experience while still maintaining compliance with preemployment regulations and laws.
The New Hire Coordinator Lead mentors, coaches and trains Preboarding Coordinators. As a working lead, this role also acts as one of the primary points of contact for new hires between offer accept and start and ensures the timely completion and accuracy of all preemployment requirements.
What you will do
- Designs and leads continuous processes enhancements and training for the preboarding lifecycle.
- Thought leader who proactively and thoughtfully drives process development and improvement to support business needs.
- Partners with teams across the enterprise and external vendors to deliver a seamless experience during the preboarding journey.
- Implements feedback methods to continuously improve the program and the customer experience.
- Unifies approach, identify gaps across divisions, determine anything that should remain division-specific, and provide feedback and/or training across company on changes made/needed.
- Ensures & facilitate cross channel communication both internally & externally
- Mentors, supports, coaches and trains new and existing Preboarding Team members.
- Acts as a connector between new hire, clients (including all levels of leadership) and other HR representatives. Provides excellent customer service.
- Other projects and initiatives as determined by the needs of the business.
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- At least four (4) years relevant experience as a people or program management lead - Required
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to build relationships with clients and peers (Required proficiency)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations (Required proficiency)
- Has experience in creating new process & process adoption. (Required proficiency)
- Knowledge of pre-employment laws and requirements. (Required proficiency)

$61,360.00 - $78,230.00 Annually
