The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Technical Executive Support Specialist to provide white-glove IT support to senior leadership, including C-level executives. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact executive productivity.The ideal candidate will be a trusted technical advisor, capable of managing complex IT environments, supporting high-stakes meetings, and traveling with executives when needed.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 dedicated IT support to senior executives, both onsite and remotely.
  • Manage and optimize executive systems through weekly health checks, proactive monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.
  • Support audio-visual setups for executive meetings and events, ensuring seamless presentations and communications.
  • Accompany executives on business travel with a complete IT kit, ensuring uninterrupted access to systems and services.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors for escalations and specialized support.
  • Maintain and manage IT lab backups, firewall access, and secure remote connectivity.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants (EAs) and Chiefs of Staff (COS) to align support with executive schedules and priorities.
  • Lead system migrations (e.g., JAMF cloud migration for Mac systems) and OS upgrades (e.g., Windows 11 24H2 rollout) for executive devices.
  • Participate in strategic planning and team coaching initiatives to improve executive support delivery.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in Windows and Mac systems, network administration, enterprise applications, and AV technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred Attribute

  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working in high-visibility, high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support during executive engagements.
  • Experience with incident management, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring tools like ControlUp.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$66,544 - $88,725 in these states: CO
