About the Role


The ATM-ITM Support Representative will support daily and monthly reconciliation processes and fraud prevention by gathering information, performing analyses, and maintaining documentation. The Representative will manage innovative new technologies that provide our customers with best-in-class customer service options and card services capabilities. Ensures our fleet of video teller enabled ATMs are performing and able to meet our customers evolving demands and we can provide cards to our customers when and where they need them.

What You Will Do



  1. Perform processes related to the Bank's armored car relationship including daily vault cash reconciliation and adjustments.
  2. Process ATM suspense transactions and reconciliation of ATM suspense accounts as well as ATM daily check deposit exception review.
  3. Communicate with internal and external customers regarding ATM/ITM activities, and provides branch support
  4. Communicate Health Checks daily with ATM/ITM Support Group and the proper servicing groups to ensure all ATM/ITM machines are operational.
  5. Assist with Instant Issue Debit Cards (Trism) support for all branches including card stock inventory.
  6. Support management with projects and conversion activities for ATM/ITM and Debit Cards.
  7. Develop and update ATM/ITM procedures.
  8. Prepare periodic reports on ATM/ITM activity as requested by management.
  9. Process maintenance support and invoices.
  10. Cross train in all functions of ATM/ITM management and assists Debit Card Group with daily, weekly or monthly tasks when needed.
  11. Understands compliance with all regulations governing the banking industry, as well as agency guidelines and organization policies.
  12. Understands the compliance requirements for Digital Banking to ensure files are maintained in accordance with regulations.

Your Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in bank branch/operations/customer service/call center environment preferred.


Internal and External Contacts



  • Frequent divisional and interdivisional contact.
  • Frequent contact with external providers.


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Office environment. Ability to operate computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
