Position Title: Customer Service Associate Representative

Assignment Duration: 3+ Months

Work Schedule: Hours given will vary between 7am - 7pm CST & based on business need

Work Location: Remote

Work Arrangement: Remote

Position Summary:

* Bilingual in Spanish candidates are preferred

Background & Context:

* Candidates must have a quiet and private space designated for focused work

* Must have high speed internet

Key Responsibilities:

* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Competent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

* Exceptional organizational and time?management focus, with attention to detail

* Ability to work under own initiative

* Prior Insurance experience preferred

* Conduct & complete medical questionnaires with applicants

* Metrics are based on call audits, maintaining regular attendance and average calls completed

* 1+ years' experience in call center environment preferred

* Experience communicating with medical terminology a plus

Qualification & Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* LifePro

* Verint

* Finesse

* Salesforce/KnowledgeXchange
