Sr Manager, Corporate Income Tax Location: OKC Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3 tax professionals Are you a seasoned tax expert ready to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic tax planning for a complex corporate group? We're looking for a Sr Manager of Corporate Income Tax to oversee compliance, reporting, and planning across federal and state jurisdictions. What You'll Do: * Lead Tax Compliance: Manage the preparation and review of all corporate income tax returns and estimates, ensuring full compliance with federal and state laws. * Oversee Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation and review of income tax provisions under GAAP and SAP, including deferred and current tax computations, footnotes, and analysis. * Strategic Tax Planning: Conduct tax research and develop strategies to minimize liabilities and support informed business decisions. * Audit Representation: Assist in IRS and state audits, ensuring tax positions are well-supported and accurately represented. * Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of three, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality output. Top Skills You Bring: * 10+ years of corporate income tax experience, including consolidated returns and affiliated groups. * Deep expertise in ASC 740 / FASB 109 and GAAP financial tax reporting. * 3+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams. * reviewing Form 1120s and other corporate tax filings. Nice to Have: * Experience with SAP or similar financial systems. * Exposure to multi-state tax environments. * Strong analytical and communication skills. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $136539.00 - $143725.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
