- Lead the development and execution of contract manufacturing capabilities for the Ingredients business.
- Manage the start-up of new manufacturers and transfer of new products into existing toll manufacturing facilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality, Supply Chain, Technology, Legal, Sourcing, and Business Units to ensure successful partnerships.
- Oversee day-to-day production execution and performance of toll manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements across SHE, Quality, and Finance.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for contract manufacturers, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive competitiveness by exploring innovative manufacturing solutions and optimizing external capacity.
- Lead the development of new product introduction processes for contract manufacturing operations.
- Travel approximately 25% to support supplier relationships and project execution.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ingredients operations, supply chain functions, and product portfolios.
- Demonstrated skills in process cost estimation, project management, and strategic problem solving.
- Financial acumen, including project justification and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in collaborating across locations, functions, and divisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) Supplier Relationship Management certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
