As Microsoft's cloud platform, Azure is growing at a phenomenal pace, and it's the Azure Core team that powers this growth, especially in the realm of datacenter power optimization.As a Technical Program Manager II in our datacenter power efficiency team, you will lead datacenter infrastructure efficiency initiatives, enabling scalable deployment of datacenter power utilization technologies and their operationalization. You will drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, planning and operations teams to ensure these technologies are implemented effectively and consistently across the fleet.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesYou will work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You will identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You will define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You will coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics.
