The opportunity As the Director of Compliance and Licensure for Nursing, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our nursing programs meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. You'll oversee adjunct faculty management and serve as a central point of contact for compliance and licensure across all nursing programs. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners to support and grow nursing initiatives and broader University projects. You'll lead efforts to interpret and implement changes driven by new regulations, ensuring our programs remain current and compliant. Working with the data analytics team, you'll review nursing-related data to support accreditation and regulatory reporting. You'll also contribute to the annual nursing survey, helping us track progress and meet benchmarks outlined in our nursing evaluation plan. This position reports directly to the Chief Nursing Administrator. This is a remote position. #LI-Remote What you'll do:

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
