Are you looking for an interesting and exciting career in veterinary medicine? We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT or microbiologist) to join our fast-paced, service-oriented Clinical Pathology Laboratory. This position provides primary technical support in the clinical microbiology area of the laboratory with additional support provided in the areas of immunology and accession receiving. This position performs technical clinical laboratory responsibilities in support of the 24/7 needs of UW Veterinary Care (UWVC). Join us and make a real difference in patients' and their owners' lives! The anticipated schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. The incumbent will also be scheduled every 2nd or 3rd Saturday from 8:00am-10:00am. Schedule is subject to change based on department needs. Key Job Responsibilities:
