As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a dynamic project team, supporting Project Managers in delivering high-quality projects. You'll provide valuable assistance in managing project financials, coordinating documentation, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with internal quality processes. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering consulting or A/E/C services who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.


Business Group and Staff Support



  • Assist with workload planning and workload forecasting.


  • Assist the marketing team with data entry and data management


Project Support



  • Support PMs in monitoring and tracking project budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update project schedules and milestone tracking tools.
  • Monitor and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and subconsultant agreements.
  • Provide technical formatting, proofreading, and QA support on deliverables.
  • Prepare project correspondence and summaries; document and follow up on action items.
  • Generate and distribute monthly financial and progress reporting packages.


Quality Program



  • Draft and maintain project management plans and quality management plans.


  • Assist with project close-out, including drafting project descriptions and file archiving.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Preferred four years of related engineering consulting experience.


  • Strong interpersonal skills.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, ProjectWise, and PowerPoint.


  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.


  • Ability to prioritize competing demands for your time in a fast-paced environment.


  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.


  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.


  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.


  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
