*Position Overview*
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for independently conducting quantitative analytics and modeling projects, developing new models and analytic processes, and supporting model risk management. The ideal candidate is strong in data modeling, risk analytics, and technical documentation, with the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders and management. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct quantitative analytics and modeling projects independently. * Develop new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches. * Create documentation and collaborate with Technology teams on system design. * Perform end-to-end market risk stress testing and scenario analysis. * Support strategic planning and prioritization of quantitative work. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in model development and validation. * Provide methodological, analytical, and technical guidance. * Communicate effectively with model stakeholders and management. *Required Skills* * Critical Thinking & Problem Solving * Quantitative Development & Risk Modeling * Risk Analytics & Risk Management * Technical Documentation & Written Communication * Data Modeling & Trend Analysis * Process Performance Measurement *Qualifications* * Strong programming skills (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SQL). * Ability to create compelling data-driven narratives and make actionable recommendations. *Education & Experience* 2+ years of experience in model development, statistical work, data modeling, or quantitative research; or a PhD in a related field. *Desired Skills & Experience* * Experience with Financial Crimes/Fraud Models * Experience with complex data architecture, data science tools, and machine learning. * Knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical sampling, optimization, AI techniques. * Ability to extract, merge, and analyze data from disparate systems. * Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau). * Proven ability to drive action, sustain momentum, and achieve results. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
