*RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED - Travel required to different client sites in Central Texas (Waco, Temple, Austin, and College Station). Homebase location will be Temple, TX.* *Required Skills:* * Lead experience (coordinating with vendors, inventory management, etc.) * PC hardware support experience * Troubleshooting * Installing software *Duration:* 6 months contract-to-hire *Job Description:* This is an onsite role. Job duties are hybrid between Project Coordinator/Sr Field Technician. It revolves around IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) and technical hardware support. It is a "hands-on" technical role that requires customer service skills along with workstation support knowledge. Lead Job Duties: * Responsible for driving the day-to-day activities to meet the overall program/project objectives, technology integration, and ensure quality and safety compliance as well as documentation as needed. * You will coordinate with other departments, vendors, and client to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in sync * Create and maintain project timelines * Help define project scope, goals, dependencies and deliverables * Identify and direct resources required to execute successful projects * Facilitate communication across stakeholder teams * Understand technical issues and drive them to closure with key stakeholders * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals * Meet budgetary objectives and adjust Identified project constraints * Lead cross-functional communication between project teams and external vendors * Interface and coordinate with outside vendors, and drive resolutions to issues as required Field Technician Job Duties: * Desk-side support in a Windows environment. * Support includes installs, equipment pick-up, and equipment inventory. * Perform miscellaneous software & hardware installs, configuration of Windows PC Equipment, Provide 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting of all problems related to this activity. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
