As part of our Global Operations Business Unit-ensuring excellence in execution from procurement to supply chain and reliability, delivering quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the value chain-we are seeking an Area Manager / Production Unit Manager to join our team in Pryor, Oklahoma, in an on-site setting.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead daily operations of a production unit to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering, to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  • Train, develop, and lead production staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of production activities.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
How Would You Stand Out?
  • Experience in the food ingredients manufacturing industry.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as Systems Applications and Products (SAP).
