What to Expect
The Tactical Response Team quickly deploys to service centers, End of Line, factory operations, and various locations to handle large backlogs, help with high spikes in workloads, support repair and process improvements, and handle out of standard work in any department at Tesla. The Tactical Response Technician is a self-starter and motivated individual. We are looking for individuals who excel with a wide variety of technical, process and people development skills. Communication is highly important. Excellent oral and written communication required. A strong will to become a leader through personal development and development of the team. This position can be based out of anywhere in the US as long as you're close to a local service center; It does requires regular travel across the US and sometimes globally in support of other service centers, engineering teams, end of line and manufacturing factory operations.
