Network Engineer - Morrisville, NC

About the Position

Our AI Infrastructure & Cloud Services Technology and Services Division (TSD) is growing its presence at our second global HQ site in Morrisville, NC. We're looking for a Network Engineer with experience handling global network operations. This position is hybrid at our Morrisville site 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the swift resolution of network issues and prompt communication to cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are delivered effectively
• Serve as a team member supporting global networking and operations
• Provide network operations support and service to both internal and external customers
• Design, document and deliver efficient and reliable solutions
• Collaborate with Automation team to provide technical documentations to drive automation delivery
• Support CICD processes for network performance
• Ensure network stability and security
• Provide detailed and timely documentation, ensuring accessibility across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of Network Operations Experience in an enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Global Network Operations Experience
• 3+ years of Experience supporting Multinational Networking Projects
• Hands-on with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Wireless
• Hands-on with Network Devices: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers
• Hands-on with Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet or F5 network products
• Knowledge of automation development
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding stakeholder, partner, and vendor management skills
• Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
• Certifications a plus (CCNP)
• Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $84-100k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location.
