What you will do The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance provides financial business partnership to the SVP, Commercial and the broader commercial leadership team specific to the attainment of Clearwater Paper's commercial-related business objectives. This position, in conjunction with one finance analyst, focuses on leading finance processes, business analytics including gap closure planning, budgeting, sales forecasting and customer modeling as necessary. The individual is a valued member of the broader operational finance leadership team and works to support overall business goals and financial results both for the short and long-term. Total Rewards Details We prioritize an exceptional workplace experience, offering a comprehensive total reward package. This position is eligible for our Incentive Plan. Compensation ranges are estimates based on market data. The budgeted salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects the expected compensation for candidates who fully meet the key requirements of the role. Actual offers account for internal equity and candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and geographic location. Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more, generally begin after 30 days. Our paid time off will include vacation days, personal days, and company holidays.
