Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Interface with all types of employees from supervisory to hourly workforce regarding day-to-day issues
  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Handling special projects
  • Some general admin work involved as well including entering new hires into HRIS, filing, creating pay change forms, etc.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $31-$35/hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Length: Temp to Direct

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, handling employee relations
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting

  • Willingness to be visible on the manufacturing floor to support employees as needed
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Experience with various HRIS
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
