Hours & Pay

Shift: First Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience

What You'll Do

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on industrial sewing machines, conveyors, air compressors, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime
• Replace components such as motors, drives, pumps, belts, and bearings with precision
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals for accurate diagnostics
• Document work orders, maintenance logs, and parts usage in our tracking system
• Enforce safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Collaborate with production teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems; basic PLC knowledge a plus
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends when production demands arise
