Quality Control Inspector

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in Rogers, AR, to support a growing team focused on delivering top-quality outdoor products. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality, this is your opportunity to work with a company that values precision and craftsmanship.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods to ensure they meet all specifications
• Identify and document defects such as scratches, rust, faulty welds, missing components, or loose hardware
• Use measurement tools and visual inspections to verify product dimensions and functionality
• Maintain accurate inspection records and report non-conforming products
• Tag and segregate defective items for rework or disposal
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to support consistent product quality
• Maintain a clean and safe inspection area, adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Previous quality control or inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot visual and functional defects
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, specs, and work instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and documentation abilities
