As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the swing shift production operators and technicians of the precision injection molding facility. The position plans and assigns work to personnel, implements policies and procedures and works to continuously improve production methods, processes and working conditions while also maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

This position is for swing shift (Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm / Monday - Friday).

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • The qualified individual will manage the swing shift production team, ensuring that established procedures and policies are followed.
  • Schedules, assigns and manages the daily activities of the team.
  • Manages production outputs to meet planned deliveries in accordance with priority.
  • Provides technical back-up to ensure machines stay running throughout the shift.
  • Troubleshoots production issues that arise, escalating as appropriate.
  • Actively communicates employee performance and provides coaching and training.
  • Responsible for meeting key metrics, such as production schedules, quality standards and production yields.
  • Interviews and selects shift personnel.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years manufacturing production experience, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Full knowledge of injection molding.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, demand flow technology, production processes and related technologies.
  • Relevant certifications or training a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $84,300 to $116,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
