Manual Machinist Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate a variety of conventional machines including lathes, mills, and grinders. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints. Determine machining sequences to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements. Fabricate complex parts with high precision and consistency. Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes as necessary. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure all parts meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
