Are you fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about helping others? Staffmark is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic call center team in Plainfield, IN. Whether
you're just starting out or looking to grow your customer service career, this entry-level opportunity offers valuable experience and a supportive work environment.

Pay: $16.53/hour

Shifts Available (no rotating schedule):



  • Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday - Saturday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Overtime: May be required (up to 2 hours after scheduled shift)



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
  • Provide clear, accurate information with professionalism and empathy
  • Use basic computer systems to enter data and manage customer interactions
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction



What We're Looking For:



  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating systems, etc.)
  • No lifting required
