Description Acara Solutions is hiring a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a fast-paced call center (300-500 calls/week per rep) for our client in Magnolia, TX. $17/hr. payrate Medical/Dental/Health benefits Paid holidays and PTO Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with billing, service setup, and account inquiries Guide customers through services, troubleshoot issues, and log interactions De-escalate issues and provide professional, empathetic support Coordinate with internal teams and escalate when necessary Stay up to date on company products, systems, and processes Job Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills Professional under pressure with high-volume call experience Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools Quick to adapt and remain calm in high-stress situations Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
